Project Description

Site regeneration project consisting of 975 private, shared ownership and affordable residential units for sale and rent including 8,000sqm of commercial space, new public squares within the development.

My Role: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Drawing and Coordinating 5-core, 18-storey high and 300-metre long residential block, the largest of the Brunel Street Works regeneration scheme.

M&E Coordination and detailed fit-out package including small power, RCP setting out, schedules and room layouts fully modelled on Revit Architecture.
