Project Description

Mixed-use, mixed-tenure residential development. Five apartment blocks consisting of 201 apartments                        and 24 Mews Houses.

My Role: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Drawing and Coordinating Revit Models of Copley Phase 6 project. Reviewing the initial planning design against Building Regulations.

Adjusting planning model for the technical delivery.

Structural coordination using 3D Point Cloud, M&E Coordination and detailed fit-out package including small power, RCP setting out, schedules and room layouts fully modelled on Revit Architecture.
