Project Description

Regeneration of a challenging urban infill site, in North London into a vibrant housing and community centre, a public square, and 41 new affordable homes.

My Role: Architect

Collaboration with consultants and sub-contractor's specialist design. Reviewing drawing packages.

Reviewing the initial planning design against Building Regulations.

M&E Coordination and detailed fit-out package including small power, RCP setting out, schedules and room layouts fully modelled on Revit Architecture.
